Some of the boys and girls in Mrs. O’Regan’s room made a fascinating discovery last week. Some eagle-eyed children noticed a bird flying in and out of some wooden fencing on our yard. Upon closed inspection we found a nest. The children wisely decided to leave it alone in case they disturbed it. Later in the week we checked again and were amazed to find 6 small eggs. We have placed cones around the area to remind people to stay away while the parents are incubating their eggs. Hopefully they will hatch into 6 healthy chicks!
